I build things end to end.
I'm a software engineer who likes owning a project from the audio path to the deploy script. Lately that's meant Kord, a native bit-perfect FLAC player for iPhone and Mac, built in Swift. I kept buying FLACs on Bandcamp and Qobuz with nowhere good to play them on iOS, so I'm building the player myself: made for audiophiles, with an Apple philosophy.
I'm just as happy in the backend and the terminal. My homelab runs 20+ self-hosted services on a single ARM board and doubles as my own Google Drive, documented well enough that a stranger could rebuild it. Before that came a real-time computer-vision card detector in OpenCV, a chess engine with full rule enforcement, and small algorithm and tooling projects when a problem catches my eye.
